Image, text, and developer tools — the majority of ToolHQ — run entirely in your browser:

  • Files are processed locally. They are never sent to any server.
  • We do not store, read, log, or transmit the content of files you use with these tools.

PDF tools and audio/video transcription require server-side processing:

  • Files are uploaded to a secure processing server solely to perform the requested operation.
  • Files are deleted immediately after processing — we do not retain them.
  • We do not read, analyse, or share the contents of uploaded files.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not require registration or account creation.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not store any personally identifiable information.

4a. Usage Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This data is aggregated and anonymised and does not include personally identifiable information.

4b. Advertising

ToolHQ displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history across sites. You can opt out via Google’s Ad Settings.
